I really loved the variety of approaches he used depending on the muscle group we were working on and it was fun being able to try out new things I would not have considered before. He is an amazing coach I would recommend him to anyone wanting to achieve their goals or reach new heights. It has been a great journey and I look forward to continuing it.

Training Programmes are designed to meet your individual needs. As you grow stronger in your strength and fitness skills, your program will evolve to continually push you and make significant changes happen in your body.

Pull, Push, Squat, Lunge, Hinge, Rotation and Gait. When performing all of these movements, you will be able to stimulate all of the major muscle groups in your body.

Frequent, time of date and duration of exercises. Spending the right amount of exercise is crucial to your weight loss journey

Practice

Practice is repeated or methodical exercise. When the movement is practice repeatedly this will ensure your posture is perfect and that the right muscle is engage.

Weight loss, in the context of medicine, health, or physical fitness, refers to a reduction of the total body mass, by a mean loss of fluid, body fat (adipose tissue), or lean mass (namely bone mineral deposits, muscle, tendon, and other connective tissue).
